Starvoy devices connect over BLE to the companion app, expose data through SDK / API, and can be bound to your cloud service. Availability of API/SDK and cloud binding is confirmed per project.
The 8-Step ODM Process
The same sequence for private label, OEM and ODM — only the depth of each step changes.
- Project Setup — Share target market, functions, budget and timeline. We propose a model match or an ODM scope.
- Industrial Design — Exterior design, materials and colorways for approval.
- UI & Software — Watch face, UI language set, boot animation and firmware configuration.
- Sampling — Prototype or branded sample for approval. Existing models ship in 5–7 working days.
- Production Scheduling — Production slot booked against confirmed component sourcing.
- Mass Production — Assembly with inline inspection at each stage.
- Quality Control — Six checkpoints including battery aging, waterproof & drop, and pre-shipment AQL.
- Packing & Delivery — Branded packing, then DDP / DDU shipping.
Equipment & Testing Capability
Every order passes six QC checkpoints before shipment: Incoming Material Check → Function Test → Battery Aging Test → Waterproof & Drop Test → Finished Product Inspection → Pre-Shipment Inspection. Company records: BSCI (28-0456123), ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO45001. Product compliance: CE / FCC / RoHS by applicable model, tested with TÜV Rheinland partner laboratories.
